We want you to be fully satisfied with your Slipknot Official Store gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed apparel. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
